Privacy note
Projectcore is an Australian business. This note explains, in plain words, what information we hold and how we look after it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you work with us: the project information and documents you share for the work.
What this website does not do
- No tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics on this site.
- No third-party scripts or fonts: everything loads from our own server.
- The only thing it keeps is a note in your own browser that you've seen our welcome message. That note never leaves your device.
Services that help us run the site
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and passes visitor connections to our own server. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and may set a cookie that is strictly needed for security. It doesn't use them to advertise to you.
How we use your information
Only to reply to you and to deliver the work you engage us for. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information.
Your project documents
- We treat them as confidential and use them only for your project.
- When AI tools help with your documents, we use them only in the way agreed with you, and we tell you which services are involved.
- At the end of an engagement we return or delete your documents, as agreed in our contract with you.
Security and keeping information
We take reasonable steps to keep information secure, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the work or the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected].
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this note and the date at the top.
